Your event inquiry
When you submit a brief, Josh-co Productions receives your name, email, optional phone number, event details, and message. We use this information to respond, prepare estimates, and manage your inquiry. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing.
Where information goes
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and spam protection. Inquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet and a notification is sent through Google’s email services. These providers may process information outside Canada. Access is limited to the business account and people explicitly authorized by the business.
Analytics and security
We count page loads and selected interactions, such as opening an event film or starting an inquiry, in aggregate daily records. We also count broad error categories to diagnose failures. These measurements do not store your name, message, IP address, or a persistent visitor identifier. They are approximate activity counts, not unique-person counts. Security rate limits may use an IP address transiently at Cloudflare.
If enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate traffic and performance measurements. Turnstile checks help prevent automated spam. Cloudflare processes technical request information for security. The inquiry sheet does not store your IP address. Operational logs record submission references and delivery problems without your full message.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry records are kept while needed to respond and manage the business relationship. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Do not submit payment information or sensitive personal information through this form.
Instagram links open an external website subject to Meta’s privacy practices. Selected Instagram images and video are hosted locally on this website. Links open the original posts. No live Instagram feed or its tracking scripts load automatically.
Studio access
The private studio uses Cloudflare Access to verify the owner’s email address with a sign-in code. Cloudflare manages authentication cookies and access logs under its own privacy practices. Inquiry data is returned only after server-side authorization.
